I’m working on a broker-focused workflow approach for handling circular emails and improving cargo-vessel matching in dry bulk.

1) Which circular fields are mandatory for quick decisions?

2) Which matching rules should be hard filters vs soft score (distance, tonnage, laycan, cargo type)?
